Rajiv is a Director at Recalibrate. He is a fellow member of the ICAI, India and a seasoned business leader with nearly 3 decades of rich cross-functional and cross-industry experience and brings with him deep management experience, solid leadership skills together with broad business perspectives developed across many MNC environments, both globally & in India. Till very recently he was the whole time Director at Boston Scientific (BSC) a global medical technology leader, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices. Besides his corporate role, he is an elected Governing Council member of NATHEALTH (an Apex body of Indian Healthcare) and is also the Executive Committee member of the “CFO Board”, a distinctive body of senior respected CFO’s of India.

Rajiv, is a seasoned business leader with nearly 29+ years of rich cross-functional and cross-industry experience in Consulting, Office Automation (Ricoh), FMCG (Gillette), Manufacturing (Owens), Healthcare (Max), IT/ITES (Dell), Life Insurance (DLF Pramerica) & Medical Devices (Boston Scientific) sectors. He has deep management experience, strong leadership skills together with broad business perspectives developed across many multinational environments, both globally & in India.

Further, as a champion of social service he makes time to serve as an advisory board member of a well-respected NGO “Win over Cancer” to help place, guide and financially support cancer survivors & their families in the society. As a recognition for his leadership, contributions and game changing inputs he’s continually won many awards.

Rajiv is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Nov’1989 batch) and a B. Com (Hons) graduate from The University of Delhi. Besides being an avid sportsman, he is a fervent music fan, a voracious reader of books on strategy & management and a nature lover. Married to Anju, a fashion designer, they have two children (Raghav, age 18 & Devika, age 12).
